Coliseum

Located in the beautiful Garden District of New Orleans, this peninsula shaped lot allowed for the historic home to expand and grow as their family did. Tasked with creating a new Mother in Law addition, we further framed the existing side yard and provided a buffer from neighbors and driveway, and allowed for a shared covered entry for both the main house and the new addition.

A new double gallery ties together years of evolution, and creates a nest in a beloved oak tree.
