Tasked with adding on a second floor camelback addition within the existing roof line, we created giant dormers to achieve natural light and head height. This single shed roof vernacular is quite common in this historic neighborhood, and winking out from the rear of this historic double shotgun, it is tough to decipher if this is an addition or another structure in the dense fabric of the Marigny Triangle.
