Inspired by the first tech generation, the atomic and classical mythology, Perseus Sound Bar is the story of Huntsville’s existence in the history of sound. Through the use of simple materials that have stood the test of time, warm, low lighting, and heavy curtains that can transform the space from day to night, the space is just as familiar as it is other worldly. Stone, stainless steel, soft velvet and fabrics, retro forms and classical busts stitch together an eclectic story of how we got here. Soft curves in plan form hold fixed movement of the banquette and bar, while all other furniture elements are flexible for various uses. The DJ is at the center of the orbit.
